Jake Woolmore joined Bristol Bears from Jersey ahead of the 2018/19 Gallagher Premiership campaign and has since established himself in the top flight. The loosehead prop made the switch from GKIPA Championship side, Jersey Reds and made more league appearances for the Bears than any other player in 2018/19.
