Rising Argentinian star Ben Grondona, one of the Premiership’s brightest young talents, has put pen to paper on a new contract with the club after an impressive start to life with the Bears.
The 20-year-old, who can operate across the back row, has already been called up to senior training camps with Los Pumas and has made 17 competitive appearances for the Bears since arriving in January 2023.

Director of Rugby, Pat Lam, said: “Ben is a young player with high potential who has made an impressive start to his time with the Bears.
“He is dynamic, physical and hungry to learn and improve and his recent experience in the Argentina camp will stand him in good stead as he continues to grow and develop his game.”
Grondona said: “I’m really enjoying my time in Bristol and I’m excited for what the future holds.
“The squad, coaches and facilities mean this is the perfect place for me to continue to improve my game and the opportunity to train and play with my brother makes it even more special.”
