Emma Orr will make her Bristol Bears debut against Harlequins under the Friday night lights in round five of the PWR (7pm KO).
The Scotland centre partners Red Roses international Phoebe Murray in the midfield in an otherwise unchanged backline from the side that beat Sale Sharks last weekend.
In the pack, Simi Pam, Lark Atkin-Davies and Hannah Botterman line up in the front row, with Delaney Burns coming into the engine room to join co-captain Abbie Ward.
Sarah Bern misses out through suspension after receiving a one-match ban for dangerous play in a ruck against Sale last week.
