What are the Benefits of being a Bristol Bears Member?

A Bristol Bears Membership gives you a number of different benefits, all of which can be seen above. These benefits include £5 off Bristol Bears home Premiership match tickets, a free ticket to a Champions Cup Pool stage match and 5% off merchandise.  

What is the price of becoming a Bears Member?

Adult, Under-19 and Junior Bears Memberships cost £25. Adult Memberships are subject to a £1.25 booking fee. 

What is the difference between, Adult, Under-19 and Junior Bears Membership?

The different age categories come with different benefits which can be viewed above. 

A key difference being Under-19 and Junior Bears Members can claim two free match tickets to a home Premiership fixture (one Adult and one Junior ticket) available in either the Family Area, South Stand or Dolman Wings. Free tickets for the chosen fixture will be subject to availability. 

How can I purchase a Membership?

Yes, Memberships for the 2024/25 season are on sale now. They can be purchased here.

How long will my Membership last?

All memberships run on a seasonal basis. They will therefore remain valid for the duration of the 2024/25 season and all will expire on 31st May 2025, regardless of when during the season they may have been purchased. 

How do I claim 2x free tickets included with an Under-19 or Junior Bears Membership?

Under-19 and Junior Bears Members can claim Two FREE match tickets to a home Premiership fixture (one Adult and one Junior ticket) available in either the Family Area, South Stand or Dolman Wings. Free tickets for the chosen fixture will be subject to availability. 

To claim your ticket please add two tickets to the game of your choice into your basket. Ensure the Junior Bears or Under-19 Member is assigned to one of the tickets at checkout. Proceed to checkout and at this stage the price will reduce to £0.00.  

I need to purchase multiple memberships for myself and family members – can I put them all against my Supporter ID or do I need to purchase them separately against different Supporter IDs?

Each Membership must be purchased against an individual supporter number, at checkout you can assign memberships to supporters linked to your account.

Does my ‘£5 off home Premiership match tickets’ work on every ticket I purchase?

No, you will only receive one discounted ticket per home Premiership match per Membership. You will receive £5 off your match tickets, but any additional tickets purchased for friends or family will be charged at full price unless they also have a Membership.

How do I claim my Free Champions Cup Pool Stage Match Ticket?

As part of a 2024/25 Membership you’ll be able to claim a free Champions Cup pool stage Ticket. This ticket will be available in either E28 or E34 of the Dolman Stand. Bears Members will be contacted in due course to confirm the exact fixture.
