Bears fans can look forward to a mouthwatering occasion in Round 16 on the afternoon of Saturday, May 10th, as Bears take on West Country rivals Bath at one of the world’s top rugby arenas.

By taking a home game to a 75,000-capacity international stadium, we will deliver a world-class event on and off the field to reach new audiences and grow our commercial revenue in line with Premiership Rugby’s big game strategy following the success of Harlequins’ and Saracens’ marquee fixtures. Match tickets are on sale with prices from £25* for Adults and £10 for Under-12s, while there’s also a discount of up to 30% for groups of eight or more.

TRAVEL


Bristol Temple Meads Station will become Bear Country on Saturday, May 10th with almost 10,000 extra train seats for fans heading to Cardiff for the hotly anticipated Big Day Out.

Alternatively you can take advantage of return coach travel to the Principality Stadium for Big Day Out courtesy of our partners, Turners Coachways for £20 return.

STUDENT ZONE


Students will be able to take advantage of £15 tickets when we head to the Principality Stadium for our West Country Derby.

The £15 tickets will be available in blocks U3 and U4. To purchase these discounted tickets students will have to use a discount code, which we have shared with Universities in South West England and Wales.

If you have not received a code from your education establishment you can email marketing@bristol-sport.co.uk using your University email address and we will share the code with you.

PRE-MATCH DJ SET FROM EATS EVERYTHING


Big Day Out just got even bigger with global DJ star Eats Everything set to perform a pre-match set ahead of May’s blockbuster clash with Bath at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium.

A world-renowned artist, Bristolian Eats Everything (AKA Daniel Pearce) will warm-up a bumper West Country crowd with a unique 30-minute set at one of the world’s leading rugby arenas, following on from his appearance at Glastonbury 2024.

HALF-TIME PERFORMANCE FROM MAXÏMO PARK


British indie rock band Maxïmo Park will take centre stage at Big Day Out with an epic half-time performance at the Principality Stadium.

With nearly 40,000 tickets already sold for the showpiece West Country derby in Cardiff, the North East rockers will perform several of their biggest hits during the interval of the Bears’ West Country derby clash with Bath at one of the world’s greatest rugby arenas.

Maxïmo Park said: “We love being asked to perform in unusual places or at unique events, and the Big Day Out give us another opportunity to do that. As a sports enthusiast, I’ve always wanted to visit the stadium but wasn’t expecting to sing on my first visit!

“We’re looking forward to entertaining this huge crowd while they consume their half-time refreshments, and perhaps we’ll pick up a few new fans in the process.”
