Renewing or purchasing your Season Ticket

When do Bristol Bears 2025/26 Season Tickets go on sale?

Bristol Bears 2025/26 Season Tickets will be available for 2024/25 Season Ticket holders to renew online from Monday, March 17th at 10am and by phone from Monday, March 24th at 10am.

2024/25 Members will be able to purchase a Season Ticket from Wednesday, March 19th at 10am.

General Sale will begin at 10am on Thursday, March 20th.

What games are included with a Bristol Bears 2025/26 Season Ticket?

Sixteen matches are included with a Bears 2025/26 Season Ticket: nine Gallagher Premiership matches (this includes Big Day Out 2026), two European pool stage matches, four Premiership Rugby Cup pool stage matches and our exhibition match against Argentina XV.

Bears friendlies, Gallagher Premiership play-offs and Premiership Rugby Cup knock-out matches are not included in a 2025/26 Season Ticket.

When can Season Ticket holders renew their Season Tickets for the 2025/26 season?

Online from Monday, March 17th (10am)
Online and phone from Monday, March 24th (10am)

How long is my 2024/25 Season Ticket reserved for before being released?

2024/25 Season Ticket holders have until Tuesday, May 13th at 12pm to renew their current seat.

I am a 2024/25 Half-Season Ticket holder. Can I renew my seat for the 2025/26 season?

All Half-Season Ticket holders are treated exactly the same as Full Season Ticket holders and therefore can renew their current seat online from 10am on Monday, March 17th.

I am a 2024/25 Bristol Bears Member – when can I purchase a Season Ticket for the 2025/26 season?

Members priority sale for 2025/26 Season Tickets starts at 10am Wednesday, March 19th (Online only). Supporters will be able to purchase over the phone from 10am on Monday, March 24th.

I am neither a Season Ticket holder nor Member – when can I purchase for the 2025/26 season?

General sale for 2025/26 Season Tickets starts at 10am on Thursday, March 20th (online only). Supporters will be able to purchase over the phone from 10am on Monday, March 24th.

I am a 2028 Member, how do I renew?

2028 Members will be automatically renewed in their existing seat. If any 2028 Members wish to change their seats for the 2025/26 season they can do so by contacting Supporter Services on 0117 963 0600 or supporterservices@bristol-sport.co.uk

How do I renew my Season Ticket?

Online

Online is the quickest and easiest way to renew your Season Ticket. Just login to your Bristol Sport Club Account to purchase your Season Ticket online. If you have yet to create your Bristol Sport Club Account you can do so here. For a step-by-step guide to setting up your account please click here.

Phone

Season Ticket holders who do not have access to the internet can call Supporter Services on 0117 963 0600 from Monday, March 24th at 10am to renew their Season Ticket over the phone.

Can I renew more than one Season Ticket at a time?

Yes, you will be able to renew the Season Tickets of friends/family in your linked group on the Bristol Sport ticketing website. In most cases you will already be linked to the supporters you attend with. If you are not, then you will be able to link yourselves together by contacting Supporter Services with your Supporter ID number as well as the Supporter ID number of the person(s) you would like to be linked to.

How can I pay for my Season Ticket?

This can be done online or over the phone only. There will be no in-person sales at Ashton Gate. Payment options include: 

  • Full payment via Debit or Credit Card (please note: American Express is not accepted)
  • Monthly Payments Spread the cost over nine months with our Pay Monthly option

If you choose Monthly Payments, there will be a £25 fee, and your payments will be split across nine months. The first monthly payment will be taken on June 1st, 2025 and the last payment on February 1st, 2026. There is a maximum of four Season Tickets per pay monthly application. Further terms and conditions of our Pay Monthly Scheme can be requested.

Is there a renewal discount price for securing my seat early?

The Super Early Bird sales period offers supporters the best possible price. Supporters should purchase their 2025/26 Season Ticket before Tuesday, April 1st at 5pm to get the cheapest priced Season Ticket. We will then enter the Early Bird Prices phase until Friday, May 16th at 5pm in which prices will rise again.

Everyone who purchases their Season Ticket for 2025/26 by Wednesday, March 19th will be entered into a prize draw to win their Season Ticket for free.

Are there any additional benefits to a Bristol Bears Season Ticket?

Yes, as a Bristol Bears 2025/26 Season Ticket holder you are entitled to:

What are the booking fees when purchasing a Season Ticket?

All Season Tickets purchased over the phone are subject to a £2 booking fee per Season Ticket. For Season Tickets purchased online, each Season Ticket is subject to a £1.25 booking fee, excluding all Under-19 and Under-12 Season Tickets which are fee free when purchasing online.

All Carer Season Tickets are fee free.

What are the cut-off dates for each age category and what proof is required?

The cut-off date for each age category is August 1st, 2025. For example, if you are 65 years old on August 1st, 2025 you qualify for a Senior 65+ Season Ticket; if you are 12 years old on August 1st, 2025, you would not qualify for an Under-12 Season Ticket.

Concessionary applicants are required to show a proof of date of birth, such as a passport, driving licence or birth certificate. You will need to email a copy of a proof of date of birth to supporterservices@bristol-sport.co.uk. If you have previously provided us with this proof, you will not be required to provide it again.

I have an Under-12 Season Ticket in my group, how do I claim the free youth replica shirt?

We will communicate to all 2025/26 Under-12 Season Ticket holders at a later date, with details on how to claim their free youth replica shirt.

Can I get a refund on my Season Ticket if I cancel it once purchased?

Season Tickets are non-refundable so there will be no refunds on Season Tickets should you choose to cancel.

How can I purchase VIP Seasonal Hospitality?

I have a physical Season Ticket; can I swap to a Digital Season Ticket for 2025/26?

Yes. When renewing your 2025/26 Season Ticket you’ll have the choice to renew your physical Season Ticket or a Digital Season Ticket at check out. 

When will I receive my Season Ticket?

2025/26 Season Tickets will be digital so, prior to the start of the season, you will be able to add your Season Ticket to Apple/Google Wallet on your mobile phone.

Current Season Ticket holders using a physical card will have the opportunity to do so next season. You should keep hold of the card.

Moving Seats

I have a 2024/25 Season Ticket but I want to choose a different seat for the 2025/26 season, when can I do this?

When Season Tickets go on sale on Monday, March 17th you will be able to see all available seats within the stadium. If the seat you wish to move to is available at this point, we recommend you select and purchase the new seat and not renew your current seat. If the seat you wish to move to isn’t available, we recommend you renew your current seat. Once the Renew Your Seat deadline on Tuesday, May 13th (12pm) has passed, there may be further seats that become available. If you wish to move your seat after this point, you can do so by clicking here, selecting your Season Ticket under the “Season Tickets” tab and then selecting the “Replace Seat” button. You will then be able to browse all available seats and move your seat. Alternatively, you can contact Supporter Services on 0117 963 0600 who will be able to assist

Can I move into a different stand?

Yes, you can move into a different stand subject to availability.

Will I be able to purchase an additional Season Ticket for friends and family?

Yes, you will be able purchase additional Season Tickets for friends and family, subject to availability, from the General Sale period starting Thursday, March 20th at 10am. Please note, this will be online only until phone sales begin at 10am on Monday, March 24th.

What if I want to sit with someone who’s buying for the first time – how can I ensure they can sit next to me?

If there is an available seat next to your Season Ticket seat, we recommend you renew your current seat and the supporter purchasing for the first time purchases the available seat next to you when Season Tickets go on General Sale on Thursday, March 20th.

If there is no availability where your current Season Ticket is located, you should look to purchase new seats in an area where you can all be sat together and not renew your current seat – this can be done from General Sale on Thursday, March 20th. There is a possibility that more seats may become available after the Renew your Seat period on Tuesday, May 13th but there is no guarantee where these seats will be located.

I would like to move seats during the 2025/26 season, what do I have to do?

Please do contact the Supporter Services team on supporterservices@bristol-sport.co.uk to discuss options. Permanent seat transfers made during the season will incur admin fees. You will need to pay the difference between the current seat and the seat you are moving to. If your current seat is more expensive then no refund will be offered to you.

Where is the Family Area at Ashton Gate? Do I qualify to purchase Season Tickets in the Family Area?

The Family Area is located in the South Stand in blocks S18, S19 and S20. To be eligible for a Season Ticket in the Family Area, your group must contain a minimum of one Under-19 or Under-12.

Parking

How can I renew my parking for the season?

Season Ticket holders with a 2024/25 parking space will be contacted directly regarding your parking options in due course. You do not need to contact Supporter Services.

I’ve not had parking before, how do I get parking for the 2025/26 season?

Unfortunately, we are currently at capacity for seasonal parking. Due to the development of the Ashton Gate Sporting Quarter, matchday parking will be reduced significantly during the construction period. Therefore, for the 2025/26 season, no additional parking will be made available to supporters to purchase.

Disabled Supporters

Can disabled supporters purchase their 2025/26 Season Ticket online?

Yes, supporters who have held a disabled Season Ticket for 2024/25 will be able to purchase their 2025/26 Season Ticket online providing their details and the details of their Carer (if applicable) remain the same as before. Please ensure the correct price category is associated to each Season Ticket, i.e. Adult and Carer are assigned correctly.

If you wish to purchase a disabled Season Ticket and you did not purchase in 2024/25, please contact Supporter Services on 0117 963 0600 and we can assist you with your purchase.

Do the Season Ticket renewal dates still apply to disabled supporters?

Yes, the renewal/purchase dates are the same for all supporters.

Will I be required to provide proof of eligibility in order to receive the complimentary Carer Season Ticket for the 2025/26 season?

Yes, you will need to provide us with a copy of your DLA letter stating you are in receipt of medium to high-rate care/mobility or your PIP entitlement letter stating you are in receipt of the enhanced rate. This can be emailed into supporterservices@bristol-sport.co.uk along with your Supporter ID Number.

I am a Season Ticket holder, how do I claim my ticket?

Tickets for Big Day Out 2026 will be released in due course. We will communicate with 2025/26 Season Ticket holders on how to claim their ticket ahead of them going on sale.

When will Big Day Out 2026 take place?

Big Day Out 2026 will take place at the Principality Stadium on Saturday, March 28th, 2026.

Who will be playing at Big Day Out 2026?

Big Day Out 2026 will be a double header with both Bristol Bears Men and Bristol Bears Women taking to the pitch. We cannot confirm the opposition but it will not be Bath Rugby.

How much does a Bears Women Season Ticket cost?

Adults can secure their Bristol Bears Women Season Ticket for just £100. Under-12 Bears Women Season Tickets are priced at just £70, which includes a free replica youth shirt. A full pricing grid can be seen below.

2025/26 Bristol Bears Men Season Ticket holders can claim a 15% discount on these prices.

If I purchase a Bristol Bears Men 2025/26 Season Ticket do I get any discount for Bristol Bears Women?

2025/26 Bristol Bears Men Season Ticket holders will be able to claim a 15% discount on a 2025/26 Bristol Bears Women Season Ticket.

All home Premier Women’s Rugby regular season matches and all home PWR Cup pool stage games. This includes Big Day Out 2026 which will be a double header with Bristol Bears men and played at the Principality Stadium on Saturday, March 28th, 2026.
